Responsibilities and duties

  • Conduct and prepare periodic competitor market research and project SWOT analytic report in relation with concept, type of development, supply & demand,location centric.
  • Assist in preparation of annual Marketing Communication budget and program (Marketing & PR Media).
  • Support in preparation of project marketing collateral.
  • Marketing administrative duties Collect quotation, prepare recommendation for appointment of marketing vendors/contractors, prepare payment documentation and record filing.
  • Liaise and oversee property event for event activation with appointed contractors.
  • Liaise and oversee sales gallery set up with appointed contractors.
  • Supervise the condition of sales gallery / show unit to ensure it is in top condition to support sales.
  • Conduct the inspection of a property to ensure it meets the term and condition of sales before handover.
  • Provide periodic marketing reports to management on competitors market, buyers profile and feedback, sales inquiry analytic (online and on site) and using CRM to generate the related report.
  • Ensure compliance with housing laws and policies when preparing marketing collateral and media advertising material.
  • Maintain contact list of marketing contractors, suppliers, consultants and contractors.
  • Maintain and update marketing inventory list to ensure the material is used efficiently to avoid wastage.
  • Participate in marketing seminars, conferences, and events to improve on existing job knowledge and expand personal network.

Qualifications and skills

  • Must be holder of Bachelor Degree (or) Degree in Business Administration (or) Relevant Education level
  • Must have experiences in Real Estate Industry for at least two years.
  • Good working knowledge of housing and condominium law.
  • Ability to obtain, analyze and present information and persuade others to support such plans
  • High standard of spoken and written English, excellent telephone and face-to-face communication.
  • Experiences in making presentations to small and large group at all levels
  • Good level of numeracy
  • Able to use Microsoft office package
  • Experiences of mass online marketing
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Success driven and confident
  • Hard working and adaptable to the needs of the department.
  • Must be able to work unsupervised.
  • Must be able to work as a member of a team.
  • Ability to establish rapport with diverse client groups and partners
  • Willing to undertake training.
