  • Supporting to Reservation Manager and Team for central reservation system, update according to our procedures.
  • Find the sources other competitive hotel occupancy get the support from the Hotels Front office team aware about other hotel using big groups and try make maximum advantage from the Market.
  • Manage the hotel contract and if any request from any company report to the deputy managing Director, Hotel division Manager, General Manager.
  • Create and develop the hotel contract and deliver to the travels and tours companies and embassies, Cooperate Market.
  • Every Month Create the Marketing plan submits to the General Manager and Deputy Managing director.
  • Responsible member of  the annual Marketing plan committee  create the revenue Generating Marketing plans to hotels.
  • Understand the destination Market and promote the hotels in whole sale groups, High end local Market, Diplomatic Market, expact  Market  as a additional market.
  • Sales and Marketing Manager will be Self-Motivated and individual responsibility performs the performance in the sales and Marketing department. Top Management will be analyze depend on the driven performance.
  • Assistant Marketing Manager will work with Shwe Taung Hotel division with target market and target budgets appoint by the Management.
