Responsibilities and duties

  • Oversee the promotion of property sales on advertisement media and Listing services.
  •  Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals.
  • Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
  • Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements, and lease contracts.
  • Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received.
  • Oversee arrangements to give prospective buyers the view of a property.
  • Act as intermediaries liaising between property sellers and prospective buyers.
  • Conduct the inspection of a property to ensure it meets the term and condition of sales before handover.
  • Provide periodic reports to management on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems.
  • Conduct surveys to identify price of competing properties on the real estate market.
  • Provide recommendations to buyers for legal and mortgage / loan services.
  • Ensure compliance with housing laws and policies when conducting property sales.
  • Lead management – identify and listing of potential individuals with interest to purchase property.
  • Maintain contact with clients to have opening to discuss future business prospects.
  • Participate in seminars, conferences, and events to improve on existing job knowledge and expand personal network.

Qualifications and skills

  • Must be holder of Bachelor Degree (or) Degree in Business Administration (or) Relevant Education level.
  • Must have experiences in Real Estate Industry for at least two years and previously worked to targets.
  • Proven track record of achieving business sales and experiences in billing and invoicing.
  • Good working knowledge of housing and condominium law.
  • Strong rapport building skills and the ability to make instant decision.
  • Ability to obtain, analyze and present information
  • High standard of spoken and written English, excellent telephone and face-to-face communication.
  • Experiences in making presentations to small and large group at all levels
  • Good level of numeracy.
  • Able to use Microsoft office package.
  • Possess a desire to succeed.
  • Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Confident, hardworking and adaptable to the needs of the environment.
  • Must be able to work unsupervised.
  • Must be able to work as a member of a team.
  • Ability to establish rapport with diverse client groups and partners.
  • Willing to undertake training.
